The Angelo State Athletic Foundation supports intercollegiate athletic programs at Angelo State University.  The State of Texas does not provide financial support for athletic programs at state universities.  ASU relies on student activity fees, gate receipts and private funds to underwrite the expense of providing 12 sports.
